- GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE -

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the sites www.anjakalys.bigcartel.com.
By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read these general terms and conditions of sale and accept them in their entirety.
The site www.anjakalys.bigcartel.com reserves the right to modify these conditions. The applicable conditions are then those in force at the time of placing the order.

- PRODUCTS, PRICES -

The products sold on www.anjakalys.bigcartel.com are imagined, created and produced at the Atelier Anja_Kalys located in the Cévennes.
The products are illustrated by one or more photographs, a descriptive text and a price excluding VAT in euros. The photographs are intended to be as faithful as possible to the products but the colors may vary from one computer screen to another.
Prices are in Euros, excluding VAT (because VAT is not applicable, according to art. 293 B of the CGI) and excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs vary according to the weight and volume of the products and are indicated to the buyer when validating the basket ("cart").

- PAYMENT -

The site www.anjakalys.bigcartel.com accepts the following payment methods:
- By credit card: Payments are made online using the secure Paypal payment platform. It is not mandatory to have a Paypal account to order. When you validate your basket ("checkout") you are redirected to the Paypal page, you can then select the payment method by credit card and fill in the usual fields concerning your card.
- By Paypal: You must have a Paypal account.
If you wish to receive an invoice, please request one as soon as you have paid for your order by sending an email to [email protected]

- DELIVERY -

Items are shipped exclusively by Colissimo with signature. Once the work has been purchased and shipped, no returns will be considered since these are unique pieces. A tracking number for the package will then be sent to you by email.
Please check your delivery details carefully when placing your order so that your order is sent to the desired address.
Delivery costs also include packaging costs.

- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA -

The personal information collected from buyers is essential for the processing and delivery of orders. They are kept confidential by the site www.anjakalys.bigcartel.com, which undertakes not to communicate them to a third party.

- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY -

Any reproduction or use without authorization of the texts, comments and photographs used on the site www.anjakalys.bigcartel.com is strictly prohibited.
